In the market for a new vehicle and knew we wanted to our purchase another Honda. Our salesman Gilberto was polite and courteous through the entire process. He met with us late in the day since my wife and I work late. He also stayed into the night after business hours to help complete the transaction. Thanks to Honda of Weatherford for being more transparent about pricing than other Honda dealerships in the metroplex.

I recently had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. My sales rep, Dru, and the, I believe Sales or General Manager, Dennis, were fantastic to work with. Last weekend, I purchased a select used vehicle I had been eyeballing in the market for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, after buying the vehicle, there was an unexpected mechanical failure of some kind with the transmission. Fortunately, the dealer took ownership of the situation. They sent a tow truck over an hour away to retrieve the car and took care of everything. With Texas being an “as is” state with used vehicles, things could have gone in another direction but Weatherford Honda acted with integrity and took care of everything. I understand that sometimes things happen and this was just one of those “dumb luck” things. With the way they handled everything, I would feel comfortable considering them again in the future. Thank you for your help!

I took my Honda Civic to Weatherford Honda for a flat tire repair and ended up getting new tires. I’ve consistently used them for service, and it was great to see that their tire pricing is very competitive—I didn’t feel the need to shop around for a better deal. It’s convenient to have everything done in one place and to keep all my service records centralized. The service team is transparent, professional, and trustworthy, which makes the experience even better.

Dru started the process with us, and Nick West was our salesperson at the end, and they did a great job! The sales manager Dennis was personable and fair, reminded me of my veteran buddies, so that made the sale more comfortable. Rachel in finance was such a bright light and so helpful, making recommendations that made sense and, in the long run, will save us money. 😁 We purchased our first Honda here in 2019 and wr are glad we decided to stay.

I want to recommend Honda of Weatherford’s Service Dept. I have been coming here for service for two years. Yesterday I arrived for my appointment and they promptly took my car back. My service representative, Bryce, kept me informed while the service was being done. Service was finished in under an hour and my car was washed. They did recommend some additional services but were not pushy. I plan to return after Christmas when I have more time to get some of those services done.
