Adam helped my parents get a new car a year and about 6 months ago, and I wasn’t till today I thought about leaving him a glowing review. Hers why my mom’s battery died, she made the mistake of going to the Honda in Burleson where the service people pushed her to parts to buy a new battery. Although the battery was under a 100 month warranty. After calling and speaking with Adam he gave me the info I needed, and because of that conversation I was able to get the Burleson Honda to refund my mom her money back. If you need a trustworthy sales man who will have your back even after buying the car Adam is your guy!

Jason and the team he surrounds himself with are Amazing. I have sent 5 people to this dealership that have all bought cars. The honesty and transparency from each person has been exceptional. I had my oil change done there today and I will say it was first class service from the time I opened the door. It started with Jeremy the Service Manager greeting me as I walked in and helped me get everything going, then Vinny did my oil change and just because I did he helped me with something else because I tend to beat to my own drum, but while my car was in service I managed to make my way over to Preston. I had dealt with him earlier this week when helping a young lady find her first car, then I had to say hello to Javier who was exceptional with a first time buyer financing, then I was heading back to the service department when I heard a hello and that was from Jason. I went on into his office and visited him and then a friend showed up that had also bought a car from them from my referral and we both chatted with Jason. I always say leadership and accountability starts at the top and the integrity Jason has for the dealership and the Parker County community is top notch. No, I do not drive a Honda but I will take my car there to be serviced and I will always recommend Jason and his team when anyone is looking for a car or service. Thank you Honda of Weatherford. Last week Aaron at Weatherford Honda reached out to me and said his dealership was interested in buying my 2019 Ford Explorer Sport with low miles in very nice condition that I had for sale. Long story short - they did purchase my vehicle for a fair price and I was treated very well and with respect and left with a check for the full amount I was asking for the vehicle in a reasonable timeframe. The General Manager Jason Barling even came out and introduced himself and shook my hand when he brought me the check. Overall I was VERY impressed and wanted to let everyone know to give these folks a chance to earn your business, whether with a new or used Honda or other brands on their lot. HIGHLY recommend buying new or used from Honda in Weatherford. We met with Roy when we first walked in and I do not have a single bad thing to say about him or anyone I have met in the process of buying. I origionally went to strictly test drive a specific car and did not have any intentions on buying that day, it was rainy, I had a cranky/tired baby with me so we figured if we liked it we would come back. Roy was not pushy when it came to making the sale, he was underestanding that I was in a time crunch and understood my intentions. I ended up loving the car and couldn't back down from the great deal. We were in and out before I knew it. What a fantastic team of people including the manager, accounting and maintance men. In the 5th year of servicing my Honda vehicle at Weatherford and have yet to experience poor service. Today, in the service department, again getting my Honda serviced, experienced the de-escalation of a disgruntled customer. The service dept. rep handled it calmly, professionally and the customer changed his demeanor within a short time. Impressive!

I had a great experience working with Preston at Honda of Weatherford. I went in looking for a pre-owned pickup truck — preferably a GMC or Chevrolet — but was open to considering other options if they fit my budget and needs. Preston took the time to ask the right questions and really understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me something. He ended up showing me vehicles I originally thought were completely out of my budget, and surprisingly, I ended up purchasing a Honda Ridgeline. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! Preston was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never pushy throughout the process.
