Michael was awesome. He was super helpful and was able to get me in and out with finding out what all needs to be done with my car. I did not feel pressured to do anything that I did not want like other mechanic shops have done and he was very good at explaining things in a way I could understand. Everyone was super nice though!

I was looking all around for a car. Every dealer I went to kept trying to put me in cars that I didn’t like. My sister bought a car from Gilbert and he really took care of her. Gilbert really went above and beyond to get me a car I actually loved and got me approved. He was kind, professional, Friendly and had me laughing the whole time even though I was nervous and anxious. He made me feel welcomed. Changed my whole prospective of car dealerships. I really recommend him to anyone buying a car. Rachel also was very sweet and spoke a little Spanish which made me glad that she cares enough to learn for us Spanish speakers.

I had a recall on my 2025 Honda Pilot. I didn’t purchase my vehicle here but was visiting my son and they agreed to look at it. They took my Pilot the same day I called and it only took them about 40 minutes to check it. They washed and vacuumed it before returning it to me. They were super friendly and courteous. I purchased my vehicle from another dealer and have never received that kind of service before. I wish I had bought it from here instead. Highly recommend!

Everyone I work with in the service department is always amazing! I had an incident with a full size "road gator" (piece of tread from a tractor trailer). It beat up the undercarriage and the protective cover had to be replaced. I went there immediately after it happened and they got my car right in to check for any damage, and tried to salvage the cover BEFORE ordering a part. They got the part in and installed next day. They are always proactive and present honest solutions. This is one of the main reasons I purchased my new Honda from here. I had nothing but good experiences from the Service Department with my previous one and care and kindness you show continues. THANK YOU!
